Each room provides a nurturing and peaceful environment for guests looking for a spiritual escape.

Community Spaces

Camelot Retreat boasts a communal dining and TV lounge space where guests can enjoy a daily breakfast buffet. A tranquil garden with a pond complements the internal rooms, providing a serene setting for relaxation. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen at any time to prepare vegetarian meals.

Guided Experiences

Guests can enjoy guided tours of local sacred sites such as Avebury and Stonehenge, enhancing their connection to the area's rich history. Valerye, a multidimensional healer, offers insights into spiritual landmarks, elevating the overall retreat experience. This support allows guests to deepen their understanding of Glastonbury's healing energies.

Highlights

Location: Within walking distance of Chalice Well and Glastonbury Tor

Rooms: Offer views of the meadows and Tor

Wellness: Therapeutic services and healing modalities

Community: Communal dining and tranquil garden access

“The draws here are clear: spiritual healing modalities like Reiki, a tranquil garden, themed rooms that echo historical elements, and dedicated retreat hosts. However, a significant refresh appears necessary; reports suggest tired interiors and gardens far from the advertised peaceful retreat. If those issues are addressed, it will be a great option for those seeking a community-focused, vegetarian haven close to Glastonbury Tor.”

A reasonable stay

convenient location vegan option kitchen access bedroom proximity noisy door constant noise
The location was convenient. It was midway between the high street and Chalice Well. A 15-minute walk took me everywhere. I appreciated the vegan options provided for breakfast. We could use the kitchen.
The bedrooms are close together on the first floor. The door mechanism made too much noise. Guests opening and closing doors created constant noise at times.

Fantastic Stay with Tor View!

I loved having a great view of the Tor from my room. The beds were super comfortable! Breakfast had many vegan options, a real treat. I also appreciated that I could use the kitchen whenever I wanted.
The bedroom doors on the first floor made a lot of noise when other guests opened and closed them. The sound bothered me when they went to the bathroom.
